Pretty sure you can't , bit I guess it depends on your criteria.

I think you can if you link to excel and trigger that way.
I'm sure there is a more sophisticated method, but if you have already manualy excluded the horse, you presumably know its name. You could then just add that into a betting filter in a spreadsheet. ie a simple =IF statement.
IF horse name does not equal (nagg1 or nagg2 or nagg3), then bet etc.
This does rely on you having worked the name out manually, but once you've done that it should be pretty simple.
