Dutching : Bet Below Minimum ?

Hi All. I have been working my way through BA's applications without committing funds as present. Apologies if the following Scenario asked prior.

Dutching : I wish to Dutch multiple runners to a personal ratings market. This will result in runners >= 500/1 requiring <= $AUD1.00 Win Bet. Is this possible ? My race Dutch Stake is $AUD250. Appreciate all and any input.
