hi in servant conditions , historical relative odds,
iv chosen last trade price now is greater than last trade price 600 seconds ago.
Is it detecting price move from exactly from 600seconds ago
or anywhere within the last 600 seconds ?

It does what it says on the tin, it looks at the price x seconds ago, not the price since x seconds ago.
