Unable to Retrieve Markets

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Is there an issue with Betfair this morning?

I am unable to pick any Markets via File > Select Market or via Guardian

I just get the message "Retrieving Markets"

Markets already in Guardian were fine until I removed them all.
