Stop at..ticks/Place stop at...ticks!

I was wondering what the difference is between Stop at ticks and Place stop at ticks?

How do these work?

A stop will trigger at the nominated price but if the market is fast moving the stop may trigger but not get filled. If you use place stop at, you can nominate the price at which the stop will fire increasing your chances of the stop order filling.

So you would set stop at 4 ticks place stop at 10 ticks. If the current price is 5 ticks out then the order at 10 will fill at the best available price at 5 ticks.
