Dobbing

Can any of you tell me how to work out dobbing,
For instance say I backed a selection at 5.0 with £100 and I wanted to dripfeed my lay bets in play how do I work out the percentages. say 30 or 40 % to start with to reduce my liability correctly.

Or is there a maths way of doing this, I remember someone told me Pro X trading Matt Finnegan uses a maths based exit plans.

Can anyone help please.

Back at 7.0 for £50
Lay at 4.9 for £50 i.e. 30% lower
Green at 3.5
= £30 profit i.e. 60% return on profit
