B2L with a 55% profit margin

Would be interested to know how to use the automation to back a horse at BSP and green up for a profit of 55% ROI. Don't want to do the dobbing and reduce BSP by 55% just a 55% return on my stake on a selected horse, how would this be done please?

First, you'll need a back bet rule which is placed several ticks above the current price at 00:00:00 before event start time
Then a take all SP rule to trigger just after that ie, 00:00:01 after event start time

Finally, this post explains how to green up when a monetary value is reached
So if you were using £10 stakes you would set this condition to greater than £5.50 to achieve your 55% profit

Thanks, I have created all the rules, how do I make it back a specific horse in a race to apply the rule to?

Also, I can now find how to make it back a specific horse by name in the place back bet rule but then I cannot automate that to use on every race I want to use, is there an easier way so I can ask it to back a specific pre determined horse in multiple races throughout the day without having to interact with it?

If you apply to Guardian nominated selection 1
Then on the main guardian page you can select the runner for each race as in the image in this post

Great thank you very much for your help, think its setup so will test today. One final check, the green all selections rule at the bottom do I set it as the guardian nomination selection as in the back bet or choose any selection from the drop down box linked to conditions?

For what your doing it can just be left as the default betfair row 1 as it won't be used.

The green all rule and condition is looking at all selections anyway so will override anything you enter here

So yesterday I chose all the markets and selected the horse per race from the main guardian page from the nomination 1 dropdown box. Also selected and chose to apply the rule to all those markets however only the first one in the list triggered and worked the rest didnt do anything, am I missing something?

Sounds like either you lost connection (inc PC hibinated, went to sleep etc) or you weren't refreshing them quickly enough

I am trying to do an slight variation of the B2L bot ... I wish to be able to to submit a bet that takes the BSP which I know how to do I thenn want to be able to retreive the Odds that were taken and using an entry field/Paramter passed in take that value away from the BSP and lay at the resulting value.

So for example The BSP is say 2.72. You would then take the parameter passed, say 0.12, from that figure.2.72 - 0.12 So that selection should trade out at a minimum 2.60. So your trade would be 2.72 to 2.6.

Is this possible?
