Can anyone tell me what is the quickest refresh in Milliseconds, is the API slow today or is my so called excellent Virgin media pay extra £10 to run faster system a rip off

On BetAngel it is 200 but be careful because if you are running multiple markets, setting it to that can blow out your data and you may incur fees from BetFair as well if you exceed their page refresh limits.
Or if you meant the response time for api requests run tracert from command prompt to see if there are any slow hops between you and betfair.(I tried api.betfair.com as the hostname)
Betfair (or another server/router on my journey) look like they may have disabled icmp echo requests so the tracert wouldn't complete for me but you may be able to identify a slow leg in your data packets journey.
