How to use the "Number of Place Bets condition"

Can someone explain how to use this "Number of Place Bets" condition rule properly. I am trying to stop multiple bets going in. I want the automation to either back or lay and then hedge at the off, but it is backing and then also laying, but if it has already backed or laid i dont want it to then place an opposing trade, but to just trade out at zero seconds. Also if I have the Place bets condition on then it wont hedge out.

Place trade while “matched bets amount = 0”

Its ok I found the correct condition to use. It was the "Number of Matched Bets" condition and set it to 0.
