I've only just started trading, is this a regular thing? Also do you have to just pry you don't lose to much money or is there something I can do about it?

You're in the lap of the gods if you have an open position I'm afraid, as for if it's regular if you read back through this thread you'll get an idea but its certainly becoming more frequent this year so far
