But I doubt she's the only person who feels no fear. Meditation is very good at eliminating fear (and works at least partly by relaxing the amyglada, AFAIK). Martial artists use it so that they can react to a threat with calm focus, rather than panicking (and getting beaten up!).

Surely the guy was merely preventing people from endangering themselves and other road users, and also from committing an offense.
I don't see how what he did was any different to what a speed camera sign does.
I mean, it's not like the speed camera is there to make money...
