Bet appears on Betfair - but not on bet Angel matched bets.

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

I placed a bet yesterday for a race running today. It appears as matched on Betfair - but why doesn't it appear in Bet Angel Matched Bets? (The race is listed under Saved Bets on Bet Angel)

do you have retain matched bets information ticked under the Advanced tab?
