I took peoples' advice and have tried to understand BetAngel more and do changes myself, everything has gone well, until this afternoon. Have I made a mistake with the rule, or have I been really unlucky? I have slowly built up the back bet to £15, yet it has put on a larger back bet, so take it is a mistake of my own.
(Dallas - I have a new computer and was having trouble logging in with my old name, so joined anew (Lemonoxide), luckily I have it sorted now.
What have I done wrong?

I agree with Derek, the back bet was definitely a green-up because if the runner had won you would have lost the same amount. A green-up can only use the odds it sees as available at the time so it evened the return win or lose based on those odds.
