Probably the most significant event was Windies beating England in the 20/20 World Cup final in 2016. They needed 19 to win from the last over and Carlos Brathwaite said that was 2 balls more than he needed … he hit 4 sixes of the first 4 balls and the Windies won with 2 balls to spare. It was the cricket equivalent of the 1.01 runner losing! Anyway Euler thanks again for your little snippet.

Going into that final over in 2016 World T20 England were not 1.01, they might have been as high as 1.14.

I have absolutely no idea what their odds were I was actually on holiday … I was just referring to the unpredictable nature of the closing overs in One Day cricket and chose that as an example as to why Pakistan were still fairly rated towards the end today.

Doing nothing better :

Here are the graphs from the T20 W Cup final.

I recall I was sat on a sidewalk in Mississippi, waiting for a ferry boat, and I was explaining cash-out to my kids.

I was green for something and asked if we should take it. They said .. No. England have won ...

Some CMM trading in the early hours, weather charts look more promising as far as stopping raining in the afternoon but question is what damage has been done in the morning.

The market is more optimistic that there's a game this morning.

Been watching the CMM and had a couple of small scalps this morning. It really is a completely irrational market, price on no has just gone from about 1.7 to under 1.4 in a few seconds then come back above 1.5. I'm intrigued because there must be lots of potential value there with this type of behaviour which is clearly very emotional and not really based on logic.

Fear and greed always make good markets.

Once they inspect, the umpires (might) tell the paying public, who get totally xxxxed over, whats going on.

If they cant play now, things arnt gonna change much in next few hrs.

No = 1.55

Covers back on and raining harder. Outfield unlikely to be playable is what I'm hearing from the ground.
