A slight thaw and good ground keeping seems to have opened a window for the high quality Cheltenham meets this weekend, Cheltenham could be the last decent chance this month for the UK racing, with the weather likely to close in again for the rest of December.
According to news you have to go all the way back to 1993 to see weather as bad. I do remember 1993 vividly, since I was in London in November that year, and yes it snowed and it was ice cold then.
