I am thinking of signing up to Fracsoft in order to analyse certain in running horse markets.

Does anybody have any experience of using Fracsoft and any advice.

Once I have bought the data is it possible to share it with other Fracsoft users?

thanks

I am pretty sure data is only licensed for individual use only. Have you considered collecting data on the fly?

I do use a spreadsheet like that one to record data somethimes but want to look back at all the AW meets for the last year, which is data I don't have I am afraid.

At the moment it seems Fracsoft does not work on Vista so I am a bit blocked.

It would be quite easy for us to collect and distribute data but the terms Betfair impose make it very unworkable so we have never gone down that route. Fracsoft came around before these terms were in place, so I suspect that is why they are the only vendors of this type.

Thinking about it, historical data may be irrelevant anyway given that there is now cross matching in-play?

I don't think the XM process will greatly impact the information I am looking for.

If anyone has the historical in running price movements for AW races at Lingfield, Southwell, Wolvs and Dundalk in 2010 I would be happy to share my findings. ;)

got it working ok on vista.

A few problems but support was ok and friendly.

If I find any profitable strategies I'll PM all of you
