I think at least they are starting in the right place, at the back. A back 5 of De Gea, Shaw, Lindelof, Maguire and Wan Bissaka should be decent. Jury is still out obviously about whether Ole is the man to take them forward.

For a team that's spent so much though they have absolutely no squad depth...same with Arsenal at the back but at you'd have to say they have more firepower up front

The problem United and Arsenal have is that they are still in a period of transition. Spending lots of money just isnt enough, they have to actually build teams and squads that have a style of play. It took Klopp about 3 years to get the team he needed to challenge at Liverpool

Think Burnley getting Drinkwater over the line could be useful for them. Assuming he is really on it.
Carroll to NUFC is more of a mystery. He's the ultimate sicknote. Do love his banzai way of playing though.

This deep low in the Atlantic is looking pretty horrible now for the first day of the EPL season. Could mix things up significantly, I'm tempted to go for some outliers on Saturday.

Looking forward to seeing how VAR is implemented. Must admit to being a little nervous to see how it affects my various strategies.

I get the feeling that there may be opportunities for situations where play is recalled.

I look forward to finding new opportunities also. Too many negative people around saying it will all be doom and gloom.

Football trading doers not appeal to me, sports that have lots of points/goals/scores are easier to trade. I view with interest that some on here have it as their number 1.

However I have noticed when a market is reformed after a goal you can see over and undershooting of the runway on where the price should settle at.
