Just a reminder that the Shergar cup markets will contain reserve runners today, so the markets will be false a lot of the time.
Thanks for that,i was just checking on here to see if anyone posted why the books are over broke .

I'm trying to test out a load of automation rules I worked on over the weekend. Typical :(

Wasn't watching the pics as I closed quite early but Gift In Time was backed down to near evens in the 17:15 Catterick before race went in-play. I suspect those bets will be void.

it is just me or have the markets been crazy recently? risk is nearly always in the 90s and prices are flying around. Whales in the water?

That risk meter number is an expression of volatility. Volatility works both ways, so it's more useful as a guide to staking rather than 'risk' per se. Depending on how you approach it volatility can be very beneficial. It all comes back to the old chestnut that every market has its strategy.

Between Glorious Goodwood and the Newbury Hungerford meeting there's fairly poor racing in the UK. Should pick up with the York Ebor meeting just around the corner followed by the big late summer meetings.

Around this time of year, I'm usually looking forward to some shorter days and a chance to ease down a bit, but strangely this year that's not the case, I'd be more than happy to continue at this rate for a few more months still
