That could so easily have been "Man with dementia dies after falling off roof" or "unsafe worker falls off roof and is saved by soft landing on pushchair". Either way I think I'd have phoned the police to be on the safe side rather than turning a blind eye.
It wasn't quite a blind eye, I'm not heartless! And I did think about that, I just didn't want to intrude. I'm very particular about my independence, (because it has been impeded my whole life), and that's always my first thought. Having given my defence, I'll begrudgingly acknowledge that's you're right.
Anyway, I've knackered this thread enough - roofs are not horses! (I've seen goats on roofs in Norway, but no horses).
