Can bet angel place back bet using Kelly Criterion?

Hi,

This may be covered somewhere else, if so i apologise.

I basically have horses I would like to back just before they start (about 2 minutes before jump).

The amount I bet is a result of of a fairly standard Kelly Criterion. ( ie. it will vary depending on odds and may not even be placed at all if the odds are too low)

Is this something bet angel can do?
