GREEN_ALL command - am I mis-using this, somehow?

And a Happy New Year to you all!!

I'm just starting to play around with excel on simple two runner markets and am trying to ensure that any unmatched bets are cancelled when a market goes in-play and I either get a small red or a small green figure - but I'm obviously doing something wrong as, on turn of the market, the 'GREEN_ALL' global command doesn't fire. The 'global status' field shows as 'ok' but nothing happens . . . .

I have looked through the various excel topics but cannot see any possible answers to this - any ideas, anyone?
