Back at lower price

Is there an option within Betangel that allows you to back at a lower price than is currently offered (say 3.0 when the current price is 5.0), and keep it unmatched until/if it matches in play? I'm fairly sure that it used to be available within Betfair itself but anyone I speak to at their helpdesk denies all knowledge of it.
I'm pretty sure it was never available with Betfair.
