Couple of questions from a newbie

Hey guys... I come from other software background

Whilst it's automation is good... possibly better than BetAngel I could argue.... It's ladder interface is practically .. non existent.

I have a few questions about your ladder interface...

1. I know you can center the ladder with a keyboard shortcut correct?
2. Can I SORT the selections in the ladder by price with a keyboard shortcut? (can I also sort by any other variables?)
3. The WOM percentages I can see at the top of the ladder... they are based on what prices? the whole range? Or does it / can it focus on say, 10 ticks either side of the last traded price.?

Yes, yes, I believe it's only calculated using the top 3 Back and top 3 Lay Prices ever. The weighting of each can be configured in the settings too. Have a nose around and familiarise yourself with a free trial

1, Yes your 'enter' key will do this for you
2, Keyboard shortcuts can be created to sort the ladder selections by price or traded volume (or put back in their default Betfair row numbers)
3, As Callum said this is based on the best 3 prices and the weighting can be changed by going into
Settings > Edit Settings > Display

Or you could use automation/servants and uses the money waiting condition and create something more sophisticated, there is an example in the shared servants section here

'Spent a fair bit of time with "other software" ... very configurable and flexible but if BA introduces OR conditions (as per the current wish list being discussed now), combined with the present better reliability and speed (20ms refresh for example) and if not already, BA will be far ahead in terms of automation alone (imho, dyor etc)
