No law was broken, but they decided it should be a penalty anyway. Like Fergie refereeing at Old Trafford.

Also if they want to have the power to legislate over elected politicians surely they themselves should be elected. What is to stop a quorum of Law Lords, not subject to any public control, from making a decision in the interests of their personal politic beliefs? (Maybe they already have!)

+ 1

However, if you act unlawfully then you must have broken a law or else that statement doesn't make much sense ?

This is just going to cause more people too hate the establishment and drive larger number towards splinter groups.

Laugh today but i suspect some will be crying in the near future...

Farage is a strategically shaved racist poodle.
Just as Corbyn is a strategically shaved Trotskyist.
Testament to the current political polarisation.
30 years ago I thought we would be all together by now, pushing forward to great, amazing things.
Sadly it seems we're still apes.

Deal between the EU and BoJo has been done - just the DUP won't support it

We've sort of reached the point where any deal could be put forward and the other side wouldn't vote for it.

Free teddy bears for all kids under 5, free nuclear fusion energy for the world. The obstinate others will vote against it for some reason or another. Politicians are going to have to face facts that life isn't perfect and compromises have to be made.

Imagine waking up Monday, starting a new week with all this behind us, no more drama in msm, no more battle between politicians, no more devide in our Country..... ahhhh, if only. I've already started to recieve leaflets through the door, a whole leaflet based on trusting Bojo from the Brexit Party.
