Does anyone use the SofaScore player ratings? Does anyone know if they are more reliable than the attacking bar. For example, you have a match where there is very little attacking but one team is playing very poor.

Whenever you ask 'does anyone do this' the answer will always be the same. Some will, some won't, and some will and still lose. The information is only as good as a trader's ability to interpret it. It is your job to find what works best for you. There are too many ways to approach this for you to incorporate everying. I'm sorry you aren't getting any answers that say 'do X and make money' but trading is not like that so forget about finding definative answers. It's hard, that's why 95% fail.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 6:28 pmDoes anyone use the SofaScore player ratings? Does anyone know if they are more reliable than the attacking bar. I understand that but both Caan Berry and BetAngel talk about an edge, that is what I am looking for when it comes to any form of trading.
nobody is going to give away an edge. you have more chance of seeing Elvis in Tesco's.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 7:26 pmI understand that but both cant trade and BetAngel talk about an edge, that is what I am looking for when it comes to any form of trading.

Is it possible trade two markets in the same match to par them off against one another?
I was going to back Juventus to win 2-1, If I did I trade out at half time and double my money but I lost half my money as backed less than 3 goals and it is 1-1 at half time. If I backed both I would break even, if it finished 2-1 I would make a profit on 2 trades. The odds didn't decay enough to allow me to trade out for a profit on backing less than 3 goals.

It is definitely maybe only my take, but... I think you should loiter in these markets at the latest possible moment and explore the options at that point. Our good friend psychotic (lol, auto.. I did of course mean psychoff) lives after the 70th minute..JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 8:37 pmIs it possible trade two markets in the same match to par them off against one another?

so Luke - the biggest edge you'll achieve will be your own discovery. For that, you'll have to party on the zeitgeist (which tbh is a variety of OU markets). HOWEVER, that's advanced behaviours; for now, I'd suggest primarily sticking to the OU15 and OU25 markets and examine both those markets at key action/time points in the game. Broad I know, but if you stick to these two guys initially, I think you'll get a very good understanding of how 1-0, 0-1, 1-1, 2-1, 1-2 etc flows as trading actions.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 8:48 pmThanks mate!jimibt wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 8:47 pmIt is definitely maybe only my take, but... I BEG you, but cant ASK you to, TRY, explore, and test some ideas on this stuff in order to form your own conclusions. by taking responsibility for your thinking you WILL arrive at your 1st cut (which will fail) on tackling the 15-20 minutes that will form the basis of your profitable trading on ANY game.

I tried and did that quite well in Napoli game and made a nice profit but then made a mess in the following game. The odds for U3.5 were high but based on the recent form U3.5 goals is quite low. But I am confused because over 15-20 minutes the odds barely drop enough to make a profit so I am not sure how that works.jimibt wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 9:04 pmso Luke - the biggest edge you'll achieve will be your own discovery. Reiterating, I'd say, it's not a SOLID 15-20 minutes, it's notional!! That is key. Plus, please initially stay inside ou15/ou25. After all, 90% of games conform to this stat, why make life a chore..JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 9:11 pmI tried and did that quite well in Napoli game and made a nice profit but then made a mess in the following game. I did not suggest that you trade the decay in odds, I suggested that you try to catch the goals after which the price on unders spikes back up.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 9:11 pmBut I am confused because over 15-20 minutes the odds barely drop enough to make a profit so I am not sure how that works.
This is a random game where if you've put a lay bet at under 2.5 goals at the price of 1.25 then you would have caught the first goal right away, with plenty of time to play.

So you place the lay bet low and wait for a goal?Kai wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 9:22 pmI did not suggest that you trade the decay in odds, I suggested that you try to catch the goals after which the price on unders spikes back up.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 19, 2019 9:11 pmBut I am confused because over 15-20 minutes the odds barely drop enough to make a profit so I am not sure how that works.
