There are tonnes of data providers around with a quick Google search but if you're after something a little more specific, then you're probably better off linking your own spreadsheet to Betangel and collecting the data required for your league or leagues... you can store certain values pretty easily, such as starting price etc... I'm not sure specifically what you're after but I'm sure there will be someone in here who either has what you're looking for or can help you achieve it.

Not sure what you mean exactly but Soccer Mystic within Bet Angel can tell you where prices should be at any given moment in a match for all unders markets, plenty of videos about it on Youtube.
If you mean price movement on unders in general there's not much to say because it's one way traffic soon as the match starts, the price will slowly keep falling due to time decay, sometimes stall a bit or pull back slightly depending on what's going on in the match but the general trend is a downward one obviously.
