Hi all,
I am looking for an offset with greening setting where regardless of what odds I lay or back at, it will put in an order to win 80% of my stake after commission, eg £8.00 from a £10 stake.
The reason I want this is I am aiming to trade over/under goals from half time to 60 ish minutes, and on each game I am aiming for £8 green on all outcomes.
I've tried putting % on the offset settings at 80%, but that's based on the odds not the stake, and ticks is dependant on the odds, so neither seem appropriate. Is there a way of doing this?
Thanks!
Offset with Greening looking for a specific win on each bet eg £8.00 from a £10 stake
Not with the offset option but you can use a servant or automation file and have it trigger a bet when £8 profit is reached

Dallas, thanks, I've got this automated now, it works as required, the only thing is, I'd prefer to have the bot leave an unmatched bet in advance so that it is at the front of the queue (so to speak) rather than waiting for the price to be right for the bot to trigger the green up, leaving my request at the back of the queue. In quick moving markets like this, this could be the difference between being matched and a goal going in and being unmatched!
When placing any bet in-play on football your always at the mercy of the 5 second delay and even if you trigger your bet when there is no money waiting you could still find yourself behind thousands if your rule triggered milliseconds after bets from other people.Charles1980 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 04, 2019 12:21 pmDallas, thanks, I've got this automated now, it works as required, the only thing is, I'd prefer to have the bot leave an unmatched bet in advance so that it is at the front of the queue (so to speak) rather than waiting for the price to be right for the bot to trigger the green up, leaving my request at the back of the queue. The best way would simply be to re-arm your rule so it can trigger again if not matched within say 1-2 seconds after arriving in the market, the delay varies for different countries and leagues so you would need to take that into account when setting your re-arm time

Hi Dallas,
Thanks for the reply. What I mean though is as follows:
Let's say I lay at 1.2 and want to green out at 1.8.
I can either manually lay at 1.2 and go to the ladder and leave a back up at 1.8 which will sit there and get matched first when the price is reached.
Or I can use automation which lays at 1.2, and then sits waiting for 1.8 to be reached, at which point it then puts in a 5 second order, and only when 1.8 is available to back.
When markets are not very liquid, this can be quite a big difference in time, not just the 5 seconds, because the back might be 1.76, while the lay is 1.8.
What I'd really like is the bot to put an unmatched order into the market, like it does with offset bets. But not sure that's going to be possible.
