If O'Neill can't turn things around for the Hammers, no-one can!

I just hope that the board don't undermine him, as they did with Grant!

It seems the West Ham board have had a change of heart - I just heard on the news that they're now publicly supporting Grant.

What a farce, I think backing West ham for relegation now makes more sense.
