If you put me down for 15pts for that missing round how does that change your table?ruthlessimon wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 8:19 pmI only did the current top 15.
Adding him in, he's above Peter (54:10 is an insane ratio).
The problem is, missed rounds is a variable I haven't accounted for (I can't be arsed to look).
That "ultimate table" assumes everyone has scores in every week. but if someone misses a week, that's not the same as them getting all the results wrong.
So don't let it spook you - cos I don't think Peter's gonna catch ya
SKY Soccer Saturday Super 6

Sorry Dall, that table was complete garbage!!!

The upshot was, someone could've had 100 results:1 score - & apparently be an "untouchable winner"

no. of scores + no. of results/Rounds played; looks a far better calc:
James 1st, (44+23)/22 = 3.05
Dallas 23rd, (54+10)/21 = 3.05
I missed a round too, the 1st one of the season.ruthlessimon wrote: ↑Sat Nov 23, 2019 10:30 pmSorry Dall, that table was complete garbage!!!![]()

Things will change when it hots up and we all start trying.
Early season for me is about taking some riskier punts and seeing what happens. If you're not 1st then you're just another loser and you don't get to be 1st without taking risks. If they come off then great, if not then there's 6 months to claw it back.
Yep I know that's not very 'traderly' but work is 247 plod plod plod discipline, Super6 is a welcome break from being sensible and a chance to enjoy some of that guts or glory punting buzz
(I missed the easy European week, chalk me down as a not unreasonable +8 )

Well, you know... I didnt want to say anything but since you mention it, yeah I think you all need to stick your own foot up your own backsidesruthlessimon wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 4:38 pmThat means it gonna be very very hard to catch you![]()
A 3.2 & 23 scores - we've gotta buck our game up down here![]()
Tbf, if it wasnt for a lucky streak we probably wouldn't be talking about catching me. I'm happy to have topped this league, especially with so much talent in there, as Shaun has pointed out, we aren't even half way yet (I think it was Shaun) & people are gaining, slowly but surely.

Strangely it could work the opposite way, like what happened to Dallas for example... 5 reminders in a row (not exact) and then no reminder... the week of no reminder Dallas forgot.
So imo, the reminders are a tool that could paradoxically work in your favour.
