Help please: Command cells not firing.

Hi

Set up the command cell as per Peter's video.

=IF(G11<H11,"LAY","")

It's displaying the LAY text in the cell but other than that nothing is happening.
Its certainly not placing any bets.

I must be missing something.

Help, please.

Dont worry I just didnt have all the right fields filled.
