EXCEL not reading all the command

Hi guys

So I made an excel spreadsheet with lots of conditions. It is working well and as expected but sometimes the bet isnt placed correctly.

i.e, 75% of the time the trades all go in with stops. but 25% of the time the stops are not placed.

Here is the command i use: BACK OFFSET:1 WITH_GREENING:TRUE STOP:3 STOP_PLACE:3

Any ideas what could cause this?

No I am trying not to use fill or kill, because I need both trades to go in at the same time. But i would like the spots to work 100% of the time.
