Restrict Refresh (what am I missing?)

It seems that Restrict Refresh is limited to 99,999 seconds after start time … that's 27.78 minutes so how do I control restricting the refresh for say 2 hours being the length of a football match (plus a margin)?

Yep, fair cop guys!! What a wally but in my defence my post was timed at 04:10 … sorry for being such an idiot and wasting your time but maybe it brought a little humour to your morning coffee!
