Please could somebody help out?
I cashed out a bet on there earlier in the day for a big profit pre off.
I was limited this evening but they have retrospectively removed the profit from that cashout.
Where do I stand on this?
Thanks
Bet365 taking money out of my account
You need to contact Bet365 to find out what they're up to. Read their terms & conditions carefully but bear in mind that even if there is a clause that allows them to do this, that doesn't mean that it's lawful. Keep a full trail of email correspondence so when your complaint has run it's full course you can consider taking it to IBAS.dragontrades wrote: ↑Sat Dec 14, 2019 6:13 pmPlease could somebody help out?

Thanks Derek
Yep apparently I was given an 'incorrect cash out price' so instead the bet was voided and there is a clause in the terms that say they can do this.

If you should find yourself getting nowhere, this is probably a better place to go than this forum (with a Bet365 issue)

A couple of years ago I had a small bet on betdaq £4 on an outsider in an American race. Unfortunately there was no commentary but several minutes after the race ended I had over £400 in my account so was very pleased. logged into my account again an hour or so later and the money had gone! I rang betdaq only to be informed they had settled the wrong horse!
