The in-play markets have got insanely efficient over the past few months, used to be able to scrape together a decent amount just be relying on the AM radio call but all of the $1.01 is now long gone before the winner is called. It's happening at every single track (thoroughbred and harness) and it happened virtually overnight so I don't imagine it's tracksiders (been to a few local tracks and haven't spotted any). Would love to know what their angle is! Could potentially be a quick feed that has popped up again (our normal delay is 4-5 seconds) but I haven't heard anything on the grapevine. Very curious!

seems there are fast feeds avaliable as overflows on satellite D2, NSW country harness, Marburg in QLD a couple I've heard of.also know a guy who has quick Vic trots feed but an inside job .. I've tried to tap in but no success. Also seen a heap of 1.01's get rolled lately too so not sure Im really even missing out
Do you mean "they" cancel their bets or "they" match others orders faster than before?subzero wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2019 9:54 amThe in-play markets have got insanely efficient over the past few months, used to be able to scrape together a decent amount just be relying on the AM radio call but all of the $1.01 is now long gone before the winner is called. Getting matched earlier, pretty much same sort of volume but is getting matched several seconds earlier than I would have expected given my past experiences.
And yep, there are a few country meetings on D2 that are on about a 1.5 second delay but there's nothing metro or provincial unless it's carnival time. It has to be a fast feed I think, much like the NZ TAB used to have but then got rid of in the site 'improvements'
