Can I ask if BA are investigating this issue?

First time I noticed this issue was 17th dec when reverend cust won and had no idea I had a open back position..
Happening daily (streaming and none streaming, different versions of BA). Twice today in-play horse racing.
A usual scenario - Had umatched bets in and attempting to cancel them but I'm surprised when it looks as though money was taken but the ladders don't indicate they have. Attempt to put more bets in and the old ones appear as well even though price has gone through them! Those original bets have been matched on bf. Had to cancel bets and cash-out on the bf website!!
I've been lucky so far but can this issue be given some urgent attention please?!!!

Where you using streaming at the time?
If not try switching to that, when you've done that just below an option will appear 'Streaming Diagnostics logging' - tick 'All'
Then if it happens again return to that communications window and 'open log folder' and find the market you've just traded and copy and paste it to support

I had the same problem this morning down under. I'm using different software as you know, but I'm not sure if it's a streaming issue anymore as polling has encountered problems as well lately.
its been for a while now. and it just happened again on 13:40. a bit scary. I have a laptop aside running on polling. when it happened I pressed green button on laptop. greened there for 0.25 only as there was no bet in the market, and a few seconds later the lost bet appeared on my pc. so it must be api
We have been working with Betfair to identify exactly what the issue it. It's definitely an exchange issue so Betfair has put additional logging to trap any errors. They have tweaked a couple of things, but keep posting so we can provide more info.

I switched to polling and the problem resolved, but was still wrong on streaming.
I think they could be separate issues as I think all the previous mentioned cases on the thread did not involve non runners. My ones certainly didn't. EDIT: I have tried to turn streaming off before when the problem has occurred, but the matched bet info remained the same for the current Bet Angel instance. However, the liability values in the one-click screen do adjust.
