Can Someone Explain What Happened in this Graph?

What's likely to be going on here? Someone feeding smaller orders into the market at a high price and then exiting the trade (requiring the significantly larger trade)?
Another thing that puzzles me when I see volume spikes like this - how was there magically 7500 on the other side of the book in order for such a large order to be matched?

It's just a bad graph. I see no real money matched at 1000-1 but there must have been a little at 1000-1 causing the bad x axis.
The graph shows:
market opens
no real interest drift to 1000-1 not a lot of money
some event happens (maybe some announcement or the debate) and some money traded in the under 50 level.
Betfair graphs are dumb as they have to work for every market. That price x-axis really needs to be rescaled for the graph to be useful.
Edit:
From Bet angel ladder of 200K matched
600 at 1000-1
20K around 40
nearly all the rest between 15 and 25
