Market suspended at the very moment I tried to jump onto the drift.

Caulfield and Yarra Valley abandoned. Late start to Australia. Think I'll give New Zeland a try while I'm waiting.

Amazing that despite all the technological advances we have ended up going backwards with Live Video and not forward. It sounds as though this is how things are going to be for the long haul as well. Not linked to Oz racing but RTV tracks are going to be going down the same route soon as well.

Yes as didn't the betting companies have to sign up and pay to ATR to get their pictures otherwise they won't be allowed to show them?

Think that's what's gone on here and as you say it's for the long haul and it certainly wont help trading

They are different issues. The issue as of yesterday is that the BF provider no longer supports flash. Flash is being phased out and when that happens with the RTV provider their pictures are most likely going to have the same sort of delay as we now see on SSR tracks.

The view to bet model that SSR tracks now have will be coming most likely to RTV when they renegotiate their deal soon which is currently bet to view where by they get paid per view where as SSR now has a revenue share deal and it is likely RTV will look for the same deal.

Ah right thanks for that!

I noticed strathlbyn (SA) which started on the LV before 6am as SA usually does was still on flash so I guess we will see how long that lasts

Folks from bf's forum say betdaq has normal delays.
Interesting what impact will it have on UK and AUS markets.

Is Sky Sports Radio also no longer working for people via Simple Radio?

It hasn't worked all week for me annoyingly.

Sky Sports Radio is still not working via the website either.

If there are any Oz forum users able to check to see if it is working from Oz it would be very much appreciated. I have asked a few times now and no one has been able to check so far so if you could it would be very much appreciated.

This is the link:
http://www.skyracing.com.au/index.php?c ... =215&id=96

Though you need to make sure you allow Flash to work on the page as otherwise it wouldn't work even if it was working.

It didn't work for me. If you google 2KY Sky Sports radio, listen live then it should work. Strange I posted the link and it wouldn't show the sky sports part. Good luck with it all.

Thinking about when I had to listen to the races on the radio gives me anxiety :D.

I've been advised not to pilot an aircraft after giving blood, but in the absence of any advice as to whether it's safe to trade, I think I'll go for it. :D

Thanks for checking, are you based in Oz?

I tried to Google 2KY Sky Sports Radio as you suggest and got it to play on this link:

http://www.radio-australia.org/sky-sports-radio

Unfortunately it is about 15 seconds delayed.

I have tried using TAB Racing Radio and that is about 7 seconds delayed so have decided to use that instead. Hopefully Sky Sports Racing begins to work again via their website soon but it has been broken for a long time now so I am guessing it won't.

It did work via Simple Radio but this work that has stopped working as well, for me at least.

If anyone finds a faster feed please let the thread know.

Whats going on with the ground/going in Oz with so many meetings having to be cancelled due to the state of the ground? I heard there had been a bit of rain but one thing that does surprise me about Oz racing is how often meetings are called off for the state of the ground.
