Hi Chaps! Busy day testing but just one more question please.

Is it possible to calculate a total of the matched bets above or below a certain price?

So if for eg.. I wanted to add the total matched bets (in £££'s) on a Fav above 2.9 in-Play and excluding any pre-off bets? Any ideas how this could work?

Thanks

I'm assuming this isn't possible?

I've had a crack at it today but I just can't see how this can be done using Guardian?

It might take some figuring out but I think it should be possible. These might be some things you could consider to build on.
You can store the volume on the runner of interest at in-play - which could in turn be used to deduct from the current volume on the runner at any following moment.
You can have one stored value continuously updating the current volume minus that initial volume on condition LTP is higher than the price you're interested in and another doing the same on condition that the LTP is lower.

Thanks for the help Jukebox, I'll give some of this a try and report back.

Wouldn't it be great if BA had a 'Test Race' that could be used to dry run and bug test automation rather than waste precious time in practice mode tweaking during racing hours!! …. Just a thought! ;)

Still struggling with this? I can't believe its not possible to pick a price point in-play and ask what is the total matched above or below that price... It seems like it should be simple, but no??

The closest I can get is to Store a Value using the Volume Traded at The Last Traded price and set a condition to trigger this when above a certain price.... but there's no obvious way to collect the Volume at each price and add them together??

:?

Maybe Excel is the only answer? Or another BOT program?

It's easy enough to calculate the volume from any specific point in time but to do so on just the volume above or below a certain price is not so easy outside of excel
