Has anyone received a phone call from Betfair over the past day or so?

I had a guy thanking me for my excellent custom, telling me about opportunities to win hospitality tickets to Cheltenham, or a share in a racehorse

Who else has had this?

I was amazed, I've only ever received a call from Betfair when settling a dispute

What I meant was - Did they offer you the chance to win the tickets to Cheltenham FOC, or were they trying to flog you raffle tickets?

Surely that is a contradiction in term

As if by magic, got an email yesterday asking for my customer service feedback! Bad move because it's not going to be a glowing appraisal!
