Can i somewhere find in play data with odds movement and race results ?
in play data
Timeform gives all results together with in-running highs and lows (which can be seen by free registering):

If downloading a lot you can use this handy bulk downloaded supplied by Nigelk

For odds movement at intervals you'd either need to start collecting it yourself using a data capture spreadsheet or buy it from the Betfair historical data site (I'm not sure if it has the winner info though)
