Just a little clarification of how things work (Automation)

Hi all, maybe a couple of silly questions but I just want to make sure I'm understanding things correctly.

If I set a rule to apply to say the Favourite and place a signal to indicate an action has been fulfilled does that signal stay with the actual selection of 1st Favourite when attributed or does it stay with the 1st Favourite whoever that may be as the market changes?

When I involve Signals within the Conditions of a Rule the Rule applies the Condition to the Signal as it is before the Rule is executed and then under the Signals tab it carries out the actions instructed if all Conditions are met. Got that but, what is the order of action for Stored Values? If a Condition relates to a SV and the SV tab contains actions on that SV are the actions applied to the SV before checking it against the Condition or is the action applied to the SV after all Conditions have been met?
