Tennis Markets suspending for x mins after going in play

Are you using streaming or polling?
Does it make a difference if you switch to the other?

Still no wiser and just seen it happen again. But this is the best way I can think of to force it. Sort and take the back price every x secs before the match starts (using restricted refresh), testing that my InPlay Signal isn't set (setting signal on inplay detect). If it is set then condition is false and Price\Sort won't run again . This will always give the fave sort to pos. 1 and last price prior to going in-play, regardless of how long the market suspends

I've not spotted this 5min delay myself and was hoping it would be confined to either streaming or polling. As it isn't ill have to have a look into it and see if there is a reason/cause for it.

Regarding what your wanting to do, am I right in thinking you want the order of fav as well as the SP price (or price they start the match on)?

If so they way i'd do it is as follows;

Fix Order of market selections
Armed 60secs before start till 6hrs after start
Trigger 360 times rearm every 60secs

Conditions
Market is not in-play

Stored Value tab
Store value
named 'SP' (or anything you want to call it)
of Back Price
nominated selection in order of favourtism 1

Any inplay rule/s can the be applied to the Fav (to always trigger on the pre match fav) and the stored value can be used for any bets you want to place at SP or within a few ticks

Thanks Dallas, that is almost exactly what I've done already You can see it applying the price as an SV every 30 secs in my last post, then it stops when in play. I'm placing the trade at SP + x%. That new price % update is very useful

That is weird, thing is it's not every match.I'm getting about 50% that are immediate. You polling or streaming ?

Streaming. I’ll set up a file to try and capture anything and we can cross reference any results.

Actually, something just struck me. I'm testing my automation in practice mode. I reckon that's it - doh !

Will try with real money and see. Apologies if that is the issue - didnt even cross my mind. Haven't seen if before when in practice mode in any sport

Did this solve it? I am possibly having same problem. Bets not triggering and i suspect it is because order is not being fixed due to suspension at start.

I have just edited to run after scheduled start time rather than inplay so hopefully that will sort but interested in your findings

I did something a little different.
I'm now setting the order and the SP from 30 minutes out (based on Restricted Refresh setting in Guardian) as long as an InPlay signal I've set via an Is In-play condition isnt set. That means I get the correct last sorted order prior to it going in play. Works well
