can anyway advise me what im doing wrong with horses stored values

I set the market by fav 30 secs befor the off
i place a lay bet on the horses price
i store a value lay price
market goes in play i set a stored value condition saying if the bet price goes less than the lay price by 9% place a bet
this is what happens


why does the bet get placed at 9.4 it should have been at 12 *0.9 ie 10.8 i understand it might not get matched at 10.8 but surely the bet should say bet placed at 10.8 not fully matched when reached market.

nearly every bet I place does the same thing but by different amounts
