Something seems wrong with with the interface, lost £15 on the 6:30. Tried placing a bet but nothing showing up.
Yes I'm seeing odd stuff on the 19:00

Ladders look almost frozen and seeing trades flash up on the ladder away from the touch point.

We've re-coded Bet Angel recently to be more resilient to streaming faults.

Something was amiss though based on what I was observing prior to the 19:00 and that was with the latest BA version and streaming.

Basically the displayed ladder amounts were static while the ladder volumes were being updated (away from the touch point) and the coloured trade indicators were flashing. Went for my dinner and all seemed OK in the 19:30. I have never seen anything like that before.

Is anybody else having issues loading markets into Guardian?

I have 6 Bet Angels running with no issues however I can't load markets on the 7th screen. The market rows will show with the start times but no other details (no volume, no bets, no event name etc). I've tried on another pc and I'm getting the same problem. I've run at least 10 screens at the same time before with no issues, both machines are more than capable.

I went to the cinema with my lads last night around 5pm...the Mrs called shortly afterwards to say there had been a power cut (and I had automation running on my PC...)
I recently bought one of these...https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00 ... UTF8&psc=1

..and was delighted to see the system stayed up and continued to bet after the power was restored. (I had a great result in the 17:30 (I think) that would have easily paid for the UPS multiple times, so worth thinking about if your in the market for a UPS)

Honestly im up from outages, if you dont have substantial amount of your bank or what your making in the market whats the point to panic, once got hugely lucky with a 1.02 lay in tennis i wouldnt have let run

In the communications tab I had 'Use exchange streaming' ticked
I've left 4 screens running with the option selected, all the others are now unticked

I checked my data from the "stuck ladders" issue yesterday as captured by excel.

Back/Lay prices and funds were static as follows roughly between 18:18 and 18:50.
A "frame" was captured every time Market Vol changed but the 3 back/3 lay prices and funds didnt change .
LTPs and Runner Volume were being updated

Extraordinary volume on Zapper Cass in the 18:30 the only race that started during the stuck period.
I'd take a flying guess that a lot of bots were triggering bets based on the discrepancy between back/lay prices and actual LTP.

Zapper Cass was at a very short price, so would naturally attract significant volume. So I didn't see anything odd with the total matched.

Have you tested how long it would power a laptop/desktop for?

Since Volt x Amps = Watts so wouldnt a 700VA model provide a total of 700 watts?
So it would depend on the power "draw".
If you were drawing the full 480 watts it should last 1.45 hours assuming no battery degradation.
Remember you need your ADSL router and any switches/hubs to be powered too.
