Why on earth are the backs red and lays blue?!

we have reverse the book so we can offer positions to the market
Could anyone elaborate what that means and why one would do such a thing?

Thanks heaps for any thoughts

...that video is more than 5 years old and BA has changed significantly since then.

On a ladder screen there's little difference between having a 'normal' or 'reverse' odds display - just personal preference.

However, on a one-click screen there is a world of difference:

(subject to having custom columns), with 'normal' odds displayed you are 'matching' odds offered by others, whereas if you have 'reverse' odds displayed you are 'offering' odds to others.

Thanks Tuco...I was a bit worried I was really not very smart. I couldn't figure out if it really did anything for me (other than confusion).

At this stage, I mostly live in the ladder interface. Currently just using the single click for some servant buttons, but still working on those!
