Trading Within Guardian on a Laptop

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Okay, bit of a daft question to many but if I use my Bet Angel software on a laptop and leave Gaurdian running pre loaded with trades.

Will they not get matched/traded if my Laptop goes into sleep mode?

No!! change laptop not to sleep in the power setting.

I only Have a Laptop and a Asus screen. It is on all day and all night.
Yes you have to turn the sleep mode off.

Cheers guys, I thought as much... Stupid question really lol... I guess no prob to turn screen off but stop going into sleep mode 👍

It's never a stupid question if you persinally didn't know the answer but then found out. Never be afraid to ask. The very first time I ever used Bet Angel I didn't realise you have to keep your computer on. I assumed it was like Betfair site where you can place bets in advance and they're then in the system. No real damage was done as I was away watching the racing anyway soon realised the automation wasn't firing and placed them manually but it would have been a good idea to check first.
