Todays Betfair price file missing

The Betfair price file (dwbfpricesukwin21022020.csv) for yesterdays UK win markets is missing from the Directory web page. Does anyone know of a support link anywhere where I can ask a Betfair employee to give their database server a kick?

Missing files usually get put up in a day or so. I guess people must complain direct to the BDP team, don't think I'm missing a file from the 10 years they've been putting them up.
