Im looking to place a series of back bets at the same price but only when the corresponding amount has been laid.
The problem im getting is using the Matched bet amount condition as an increment, so after every 200 laid it places another back bet.
Ive tried to set a signal once a set amount has traded to trigger the firing of the 1st bet and this has worked but its the increment part im struggling with.

Any help as always is much appreciated

Can you clarify if you mean specfically your lay bets matched and if so are you placing them £200 at a time if not whats to stop more than £200 being matched in 1 go and what happens with your back bets then?

Sorry for the ambiguity i want have a lay in for say £10000 and i would back bets to be place in in £200 tranches placed after each £200 of the lay goes. Just like you would set up with the global settings

Using batches in Global Settings would be the easiest and most acurate way to do it.

But you could also use stored values and trigger back bets when the net stake was >£200 but you'd need a condition to test there are no unmatched back bets to prevent duplicates being placed, also depending on the market type and how fast the orders are arriving you won't find many times exactly £200 is matched

Thanks for your replies ive realised no matter what amount i put it it wont be £ for £. So it just highlights that the way im doing it is better.
Its a shame that global settings cant be applied to a bet after it is in the market.

Sorry if this is slightly offtopic Dallas but couldn't help but notice that your post count is extremely leet, just thought you should know. Would be a real shame to ruin it imho.

I'm sure at your current post rate you soon be on that too, Kai, putting Derek to shame at the moment.

No chance anyone can catch Derek, many young pretenders like Shaun have tried and failed :D I may or may not promise to stop spamming at 1337 posts, that seems a good enough place to retire.
