automation lay inplay

Hi Guys I am trying to do a simple automated lay inplay when price hits 12 in running but all my tweaking is still getting lays matched at the best price eg. 5.6.or 7 but I only want to lay when it drifts to 12, all help greatly received , cheers.

You haven't given much info about your conditions or bot setup to find the issue, but unless you switch it off at account level, BF will match you at the best available price. Chances are your horse touched 12 triggering your lay, but was 6 or 7 when the bet actually hit the market. Maybe a millisecond later it was >12 again? In play markets are extremely volatile so hitting a given price spot on is neigh on impossible. Thankfully you never get matched at a worse price.
