Will see what happens, I guess I could try IBAS but doubt it is worth the hassle as I never hear anything good about them.
I only meant threaten with IBAS etc, not sure if you had a real case for them here. As a foreigner I don't really know how IBAS operate, you would need to ask one of the local guys. Just don't tilt, things can always get much worse :) Good luck either way.

I don't have much of a clue about them either, only ever hear bad things about them on Twitter. Doubt they would be interested in me and my small bets when they have a whole industry to regulate.

No issues of tilt, learned to put things into perspective long ago. Keep your head and you soon have the money back, lose your head and you can make it a whole lot worse. At the end of the day it is only money and I know I didn't do anything wrong so wasn't anything I could have done to prevent it.

Plod on and it will soon be a distant memory and won't even register at year end.

In January I lost 800 euro in a horce race. Tampa Bay US. I placed a bet when the horse that had a big lead was crossing the winning line thinking it was free money  . They closed the market, all was ok, but after 5 minutes, I had an 800 euro loss because of an inquiry and the winning horse was disqualified. Someone who knew it will be an inquiry layed the horse with big money and to make it worse betfair kept the markets open for ~ 30 seconds. They always suspend the markets seconds after the race finished, but not on that race.

Problem is I had a bet voided for the exact situation in the past, their reason being bets were placed after the horse crossed the winning line. This time they didn't wanted to void the bet when it was a losing bet because of that inquery  . I tried with live chat and they said it's nothing they can do.... so I moved on, but I'm done with live betting on US markets on the winning horse at small odds. For 20 euro I lost 800

I think Betfair graph links are broken again on the website, getting error 500 on all of them.

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows if Betfair or Bet Angel had any outages today?

went to work and cam home to find my automation has not ran. Good job no trades were placed so no money lost. but checked my logs and not a rule was triggered.

so cant believe that my rules are to "exclusive" as been running the automation for a week now and all was fine?

Additionally around 19:50 it all seemed to spring back into life and make a few trades

Cant find anything on the Tinternet about it either, so just wondering if anybody knows anything

Thanks

South African tennis was up and down all morning, vid and data. We assumed there were issues with the link. Annoyingly, BF kept the markets open rather than suspend them. I had trades in place and no idea what was going on.
Not aware of any other issues though, been on the road since 2pm

interesting

there is a post about a new version of Bet angel... I wonder if that would help with this.

I would Imagine though at this time of year with the Cheltenham Cup Betfair would be doing all they could to keep it up and running?

Anyone else experience anything?

thanks

Betfair just took an absolute age to turn the 1400 at Newcastle inplay - surprised they did turn it inplay and not just suspend it like last Saturday.

Be careful!

Betfair were about 30 seconds late turning Newcastle 14:00 in-play

Same again in the 1405. Extreme caution!
